Read the WWS Cargo reviews below and you will notice a pattern. Almost none of them lead with price. They lead with communication. The rate matters in international freight, but what keeps importers awake is not knowing where their cargo is.
Three themes come up again and again. First, we answer emails and messages quickly, including outside office hours. Second, our quotes arrive complete and they hold. Charges do not surface later. Third, when something goes wrong at customs or at the port, somebody explains it. Nobody leaves you waiting.
Why we publish reviews unedited
We do not fix the grammar and we do not trim for length. A testimonial polished by the company receiving it is worth very little. So ours stay exactly as sent, names and all. Where a client asked to stay anonymous, we show a first name or an initial.
How to read a freight forwarder review
A useful review names the lane, the service, and the problem that got solved. A generic one that says only “great service” tells you nothing. It will not tell you whether that company can move your kind of cargo.
So when you compare forwarders, look for importers shipping something like you ship. Same mode, comparable destination. Then verify it independently. Check the Federal Maritime Commission public register before you hire anyone, including us.
