Step 1: Quote
Send us your commercial invoice, packing list, origin address, and destination FC (or Amazon shipment plan). We return a door-to-FC quote within 2 business hours.
Step 2: Book
Sign off on the quote and we reserve freight capacity (1 week for air, 2–3 weeks for ocean LCL, 3–4 weeks for FCL during peak).
Step 3: Ship
We coordinate origin pickup, export clearance, and transit. You get real-time tracking and weekly status updates — more frequent during customs clearance or exception events.
Step 4: Prep and clear
Cargo arrives at US port, clears customs, and routes to our bonded warehouse for any prep labor required under the 2026 Amazon policy.
Step 5: Deliver to FC
Drayage truck hits the Amazon FC appointment window. FC receives inventory. Your ASINs go live in stock typically 2–5 days after FC receipt.

How fast can you quote a new shipment?
Under 2 business hours during normal working days. If you send the request outside US business hours, we respond the next morning. Rush requests for urgent restocks are flagged and quoted in under 30 minutes.
Do you handle small shipments or only large ones?
We handle from 1 m³ ocean LCL up to multi-container ocean FCL. For shipments under 50 kg, express courier (DHL, FedEx) is often cheaper — we’ll recommend it if it’s a better fit, even though we don’t earn as much.
What if my shipment volume is unpredictable?
Most of our customers don’t ship on a regular schedule. There’s no minimum volume commitment or long-term contract. Quote a shipment when you need it.
Can you handle products that require FDA, FCC, or other regulatory compliance?
Yes — we regularly clear electronics (FCC), children’s products (CPSC), food/supplements (FDA), and cosmetics. We’ll flag any documentation gaps before cargo ships so you’re not stuck at US customs.
Do you offer DDP?

What happens if Amazon refuses receiving?
We handle the exception. If the refusal is our fault (paperwork error, missed appointment, labeling miss), we cover the reroute at no charge. If the refusal is due to the seller’s shipment plan changing mid-transit or Amazon-side issues, we reroute at actual cost with no markup.
Do you ship to Amazon FBM warehouses or third-party 3PLs in addition to FBA?
Yes. Most sellers mix FBA + 3PL inventory, and we can split one shipment across multiple destinations. Quote this explicitly so we plan the routing.
What are your customs clearance times in 2026?
