Shipping Options We Quote
Every shipment is different. As a result, we offer flexible options to match your timeline and budget:
- Air Freight: fastest option, ideal for urgent or lightweight cargo. Typically 5 to 10 business days from Shenzhen to major US ports.
- Ocean Freight (FCL): full container loads for large shipments. Most cost-effective for high-volume cargo. Transit time is 18 to 30 days.
- Ocean Freight (LCL): share container space with other shippers. A smart choice when your cargo does not fill a full container.
- DDP Door-to-Door: we handle everything from pickup in China to delivery at your US address, including customs clearance and duties.
What to Have Ready Before You Request a Quote
A freight quote is only as accurate as the details behind it. Consequently, the more you tell us up front, the faster we can price your shipment and the fewer revisions you need later.
Specifically, have these five things ready:
- Cargo dimensions and weight: length, width, and height of each carton, plus gross weight. Freight is priced on whichever is greater, actual weight or volumetric weight, so both numbers matter.
- Number of cartons or pallets: this decides whether LCL or a full container works out cheaper. The crossover usually sits around 15 cubic meters.
- HS code or a clear product description: duties depend on classification. Additionally, some categories need extra documentation before they clear customs.
- Pickup address in China and destination in the US: a factory in Shenzhen and an Amazon FBA warehouse in California produce very different rates.
- Cargo ready date: rates move with the season. As a result, a shipment leaving in March prices differently from the same shipment leaving before Chinese New Year.

What Your Freight Quote Includes
